Since graduating from the Royal Academy of Music, Shèna has had an incredibly successful career in musical theatre, pop and even the movie business.
Starting professional life as a backing vocalist, her list of credits is extensive: Lisa Stansfield, Luther Vandross, Errol Brown, Angie Stone, Chaka Khan, Heather Small, Mica Paris, Kelly Le Roc, Michael Ball, Mariah Carey, Taka Boom, Denise Williams, Andy Cole, Arsenal FC, Girls Aloud, Sugarbabes, Roxalla, Rachel McFarlane, Inner City, Cliff Richard, Angie Stone, Martine McCutcheon, James Brown, Jimmy Nail, Rohan Keating, Lemar, Bonny Langford, Joey Negro, Simple Minds, Belinda Carlisle, Babylon Zoo, Tina from S Club, The King, Maria Friedman, Lesley Garrett, Danni Minogue, Russell Watson, Tony Henry, Connor Reeves,, Lulu, Nadia Almada, Patti La Belle, Joss Stone and she was also the resident backing vocalist to Charlotte Church on her shows and tours.

“Legendary dance vocalist” Scott Mills
Shèna has starred in the hit musical Carmen Jones touring Japan, she has understudied the lead in the musical Mama, I Want To Sing, starred as the lead in the show, What a Feeling, performed BVs for the show It’s a Kinda Magic In Iceland, and performed as one of the soul girls in a touring version of Jesus Christ Superstar and has also appeared on numerous occasions as Crystal in Little Shop of Horrors.
Shèna has also appeared on/at most of the TV Programmes and music venues in and around the UK. This list includes:- TOTP, The Lick, The Pepsi Chart Show, Parkinson, CDUK, London TV, Pop Idol, The Chart Show, Heaven & Earth, Popworld, The Jerry Springer Show, This Is My Moment, The Box, MTV, Wembley Arena, Fabric Nightclub, Birmingham NEC & Birmingham International and many major nightclubs in the UK, Europe and Russia, where she is something of a star with over 750,000 radio plays of her hits being recorded.

Shèna, described as a ‘legendary dance vocalist’ by Radio 1’s Scott Mills and ‘the UK’s favourite dance diva’ by Heat magazine is also instantly recognisable as the voice of some of the biggest club hits of the past two decades, including ‘Hold on-Freemasons’, ‘Dare Me-Junior Jack’, ‘Watch out-Alex Gaudino’, ‘Guilty-De Souza’, ‘Nothing I won’t do-JX’, ‘Nothing better-Erick Morillo’ and several other UK chart hits.
However, it was Michael Gray’s ‘The Weekend’ that initiated Shèna’s International success after reaching no: 7 in the UK National Charts where Shèna performed it live on Top Of The Pops. It was also played on an episode of Ugly Betty and was nominated for a Grammy!

She also has an impressive pedigree as a solo artist, recording and co-writing three albums that include the radio hits ‘Can’t stop the rain’ and ‘Nasty little rumour’ as well as ‘Electrosexual’ which was featured alongside Daniel Craig in the recent Hollywood blockbuster ‘Girl with the dragon tattoo’. She is also the songwriter behind new r&b sensation Blaise who is currently lighting up Capital, Kiss and Radio 1 with her first two singles, ‘Attitude’ and ‘Thunderstorm’, both co-written by Shèna.
